Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time.
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours)
If the cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, no refund will be issued.
No-Show
If the passenger does not show up at the agreed pickup point within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, without having cancelled the booking or communicated a delay, and without being reachable on the phone number provided, the contract is considered terminated and no refund will be due.
If the no-show is due to flight or train delays, please contact us immediately. In any case, refunds for third-party disruptions must be requested directly from the airline or train operator responsible.
Booking Changes
More than 24 hours before service: you can change the booking with no penalty. Any price differences will be charged or refunded.
Within 24 hours of service: changes are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge. If the originally booked vehicle is not available, the service may be carried out with a different vehicle.
All changes are valid only when confirmed in writing.
Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, we may have to cancel a booking due to force majeure or service unavailability. In that case:
- You will not be charged anything
- If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund
- We will do our best to offer you an alternative solution
